
Digging Deep to SOAR to New Heights: Phase II of the HIL School Renewal Process
This course is the third in a series of five courses designed to introduce school leadership teams to the School Renewal approach for sustainable positive change. The course takes participants into Phase II of a strengths-based approach to positive change. This course explores how School Renewal can be an alternative approach to deficit focused school change processes. High Impact leadership principles and practices of School Renewal can help schools reduce the complexity of change, avoid implementation pitfalls, and keep students at the center of all change initiatives. In this series of courses, you will hear from school leaders, teachers, and facilitator coaches who are using the HIL School Renewal Model for positive change in their schools. You will also examine ways your school can apply the principles and practices of the HIL School Renewal Model to achieve greater implementation success with evidence-based strategies and practices. Finally, you will explore how your school can use the HIL Principles, Practices, and Process to achieve equity of learning opportunity and outcomes for all the students you serve.
